Thank you for shopping at Pawdrip. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your order worldwide.
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday). During this time, we carefully prepare and pack your items before handing them to our logistics partners. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Times Estimated delivery time after processing: 6 to 9 business days worldwide. Please note: delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location or the carrier's logistics network.
3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. We ship to the USA, Australia and other countries worldwide.
4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:
- A tracking number • A tracking link • Carrier information
Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update after the package leaves our warehouse.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses Pawdrip is not responsible for delays or non-deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect shipping addresses • Missing delivery information • Failed delivery attempts by the carrier
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay for reshipping.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number so we can assist you.
